Accredited Safety Coach Award

The ISCA (International Safety Coach Association) is a standard in maintaining a consistent & continuous level of professional safety coaching within an organisation. This is how the walk-over, reminder culture is created and maintained in the long term.

Upon attaining the ISCA award and certificate, delegates will automatically become members of the International Safety Coach Association. This is an ever growing group of safety professionals, dedicated to continuously promote a walk-over, safety reminder culture within an organisation.

Specifically, the ISCA is committed to:

• SETTING A MEASURABLE BENCHMARK OF THE HIGHEST STANDARDS IN BEHAVIORAL SAFETY
• CONTINUALLY PROMOTING THE WALK-OVER, REMINDER CULTURE
• ON-GOING POSITIVE MOTIVATION & REINFORCEMENT WITHIN AN ORGANISATION
• MAINTAINING CONSISTENT QUALITY, STANDARDS & PERFORMANCE AT ALL LEVELS

The accreditation is achieved over a two-day inter-active workshop with an approved I.S.C.A. training team.

ISCA MEMBER SUPPORT PROGRAMME

Upon attaining the ISCA, candidates will automatically become members of the ISCA (MISCA), and will be given a Membership Card. As active members, the new safety coaches will receive regular updates from MindSafety, receive access to valuable tools and models to support the development of the positive culture, and will be invited to regional and national seminars.

Membership also promotes interaction with other safety coaches, where experiences and strategies can be shared.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP

Once an organisation has committed to adopting a behavioral safety culture supported by accredited ISCA safety coaches, they automatically receive the coveted ISCA Corporate Membership award.

This is a certificate recognizing an organization's commitment to innovative behavioural practices within the workplace.
